Chevy always plays a role in the books and I enjoy reading about the search and rescue training, although that didn't really come into play in this one. I do suggest that you start with the first book in the series and read them in order so you get the development of the characters. Too short. I wasn't paying attention when I bought and thought they were full length books. They were good Just short
Enjoyed the book haven't quite finished yet, its very interesting about what goes on in the secret service and to the extent they go.
I have enjoyed all of Mary Hiker's books. I have several I haven't read yet, but will. I like that the books have laughter and sometimes tears. Great read.
Another easy to read mystery from this author. I love the heroine being owned by her canine companion! Also, like that the "bad guy" is always caught and punished.
Love the characters of this series, but this novella did nothing to move their story along or let us get to know them better.
Too short and these books are too predictable. I know Mary hiker can write longer books much better than this because I have read them
